Today, we wanted to take some time to introduce the team here at the J. Blue for one of our clients, Let It Fly!
Marin Grehan is currently a senior at Creighton University studying journalism on the public relations and advertising track with a minor in business administration. She is VP of the Creighton chapter of PRSSA in addition to working at Social Media Marketing Internship at The Digital Destination and being the Account Manager for Let it Fly. She has a fondness for all things food and drink. You'll most likely find her posting on her food Instagram (@marinara.eats) and in search of unique restaurants.
Lauren McKenzie is a Junior from Omaha, NE studying marketing with a minor in graphic design. She is really looking forward to working with Let it Fly this semester as part of the J Blue Marketing Agency. Meeting with Kristi Anderson this past week really got her excited for the unique atmosphere that they are creating at Let it Fly.
Marin reported back to the team that “during the last meeting, Kristi and I bounced back and forth on some more trendy and creative PR/Marketing ideas centered around Creighton Men’s basketball games to help generate buzz amongst both the student population, in addition to boosting brand name recognition. I look forward to seeing these ideas implemented during the games and on social media!”
The environment within Let it Fly will be something unlike anything Omaha has to offer. With the prime location in Downtown Omaha’s Capitol District, Let it Fly will certainly be the place to be this upcoming summer upon its opening prior to the College World Series. Fans of all types certainly will have a lot to look forward to at Let it Fly. From the live podcast recording studio, to the patios and dining spots, to the hand-crafted menus and cocktails, there will most definitely be something for everyone there.
Lauren says that “as a team, we are so excited to be working with them this semester and can’t wait to see Let it Fly come to life!”
